About Us 

We are 3 people with a passion for working with psychometric tools. Each of us have had long-term corporate and consulting careers and have worked with a range of psychometric tools and providers for over 30 years now. We've gained experience working with individual contributors, leaders, teams and organisations across multiple sectors, cultures and geographies.

We've witnessed first hand the power of a great psychometric tool, and sadly, we've had to pick up the pieces when the wrong tool has been employed for the wrong purpose inappropriately.  That's where the idea for psyshometrics.biz came from!  How do we harness our collective and varied psychometric experiences and expertise in one place?

The combination of the 3 of us being licenced across a range of tools and providers, means as a business we're not tied to one approach or tool. Collectively, we can help you make an informed choice about which tool(s) are right for you and then provide a tailored service accordingly..

Richard Sivers

With over 30 years experience of working with psychometrics, I've witnessed first hand the value they bring. I'm licensed across a variety of personality profiles and aptitude and ability tests for use here in the UK and internationally.

Lindsey Harding

I’ve been working with psychometrics and profiling tools for over 20 years, initially as an HR Director for hiring, talent management and development purposes, then more recently in my work as an executive coach and leadership development facilitator.
 
Recent engagements include:

  • Using Hogan Assessments throughout an 18-month global talent programme, to raise awareness of strengths, potential derailers and core motivators.

  • Introducing senior women in the military to FIRO-B, to provide insight into our impact on others and managing our own interpersonal needs in the context of leadership.

Kirsten Baynham

20 years of experience in psychometrics, leveraging assessments to enhance talent development, leadership, and organisational effectiveness. My expertise spans personality profiling, cognitive ability tests, and behavioural assessments, helping individuals and teams unlock potential and drive performance.

 

I have worked across diverse industries, applying psychometric insights to recruitment, team/individual coaching and development, plus talent management and succession planning.
