For us, this is about identifying the right tool(s) to help in-tact teams operate more effectively. Whether that is virtually or physically co-located, we can help accelerate team performance by supporting individuals and teams as they develop together.

As consultants, we've supported team development across global organisations and through virtual or face-to-face sessions have incorporated many team psychometric tools and diagnostics over the years.  So whether you're a 'start-up', organising a project team kick-off or just need some time as a long standing team to reconnect and refocus; we can help.

FIRO-B with Teams

Using the behavioural focused profile, which seeks to raise awareness of one's typical interpersonal behaviours, to help teams understand the interpersonal needs of its members. The extent to which team members need inclusion, relationships and influence from one another. 

i3 TEAM PROFILE

Builds on the 7 innate strengths of individuals and shares how they complement and conflict within a team situation. Also, within a work context, it identifies the team's most productive working environment - really useful in understanding virtual v hybrid  v team v office location preferences.

STRENGTHSCOPE Teams

Shows the collective strengths and performance risks of a team. The report assesses and describes the team’s current behaviour and where this can be enhanced, to help build a strong and sustainable team culture.

MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR  (MBTI)

Compare their personality preferences with those of their teammates to foster greater self-awareness and appreciation of differences. Learn why a team functions the way it does with insights into how individual members contribute to team characteristics and behaviours.
