Leadership Development

As experienced consultants working in the leadership development and OD area, we understand the challange of selecting the right psychometric tools to support a leadership programme. Over the years, we've all worked on designing and faiclitaitng global leadership poprgrammes and have used many different tools and profiles.  The three key questions for us in selecting the right leadership tool are?

  1. What do you mean by leadership within the context of your programme?

  2. Which key behaviours / attributes / skills are critical to individuals being successful in their leadership roles?

  3. To what extent do you want or need the profile outputs to inform a wider leadership cultural agenda?

SHL WAVE -  LEADERSHIP IMPACT EXPERT REPORT

Explores a leader's motives, preferences, needs and talents in critical work areas - Professional, People and Pioneering. This breaks down core leadership behaviours, preferences and identifies potential leadership risk areas.

STRENGTHSCOPE LEADER

Based on research into behaviour, preference, personality, and motivation, it measures 24 intrinsic qualities that are most closely related to work performance. The leader receives 360* feedback from up to 20 raters.
