The trick is to know which tool is most effective for your needs and your situation. We'll help you choose the right tool or combinations and can support you through the whole end-to-end process. Here's a few of the ones we are licenced to use and have recently used with clients...

HOGAN ASSESSMENTS
Access to a range of Hogan tools, providing insights for leadership development, emotional intelligence, personality self awareness, talent and succession.

FIRO-B
A behavioural focused profile which seeks to raise awareness of ones's typical interpersonal behaviours. It indicates how much you typically behave towards others and how you hope, in return, they will act towards you. Everyone has different degrees and 'levels' of interpersonal needs.
WAVE (by Saville Assessment)
Is a profile explores an individual's motives, preferences, needs and talents in critical work areas. The resulting profile reflects the individual's self perception, and has shown this to be a good indicator of how people are likely to operate in the workplace. Used extensively in leadership development programmes and coaching.

STRENGTH DEPLOYMENT INVENTORY (SDI)
Provides a detailed understanding of your workplace personality through four linked perspectives. Two of these reveal what drives you at work, and two highlight your preferred strengths, i.e., he behaviors you’re most likely to use (and sometimes overuse) when collaborating with colleagues.

EMERGENETICS
Profiles provide a personalised understanding of how individuals prefer to approach work and life. Tools help provide insights into leadership, culture, collaboration, communication and the power of harnessing individual differences.
MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR (MBTI)
This easily accessible frameowrk, provides insights into one's preferences and how individuals might appear similar or different to one another. By associating with one of 16 different personality types, this then opens up some choices about one might engage different behaviours, away from innate preferences, to build better relationships.

A robust, reliable measure of personality traits that is used to select, develop and motivate the people who make organisations thrive. It provides an unrivaled breadth of insight, helping to understand objectively who people are by getting a view of their whole personality, not just the behaviour they exhibit in professional contexts.

STRENGTHSCOPE
Measures what gives you energy. Designed to help people identify what makes them truly unique, enabling honest and authentic conversations. It empowers them to develop and stretch their strengths, as well as productively overcome blockers to their performance.

PRIMARY COLOURS
Assessed how personality influences leadership style and impact, reporting against a range of 8 to 48 different personality factors and underpinning facets.
i3 INDIVIDUAL PROFILE
This profile identifies and ranks your 7 innate strengths that you naturally bring to any situation. Also, within a work context, it identifies your most productive working environment - really useful in understanding virtual v hyrbid v team v office preferences. Here's an example report.

VALUES & MOTIVES INVENTIORY (VMI)
This is a self-report questionnaire which profiles an individual's motivations to determine the amount of energy and effort they are likely to expend in different activities across 3 key areas. Interpersonal, intrinsic and extrinsic motivators. Useful to help identify where people are likely to gain most satisfaction and make the biggest contribution at work.
