Over the last 25 years, our consultant team have designed and implemented an array of different assessment events. From 0.5 day sessions with 3 activities to assessing 84 people in 1 day for internal development planning. We can help you answer the above questions and support you with your recruitment and selection challenges.

Our Approach:

We can support you in the end-to-end assessment process or, for example, just design activities for you to use by yourself. Typically, when engaged by our clients, our approach involves:

​

  • finalising which competences are to be assessed and developing appropriate performance level indicators

  • assessor training and event briefing

  • full timetable design - for both candidates and assessors

  • activity design or provision

  • observation sheet design and assessor scoring keys, and

  • development of bespoke candidate performance reports.

We have access to  a variety of aptitude tests, psychometric personality profiles and situational judgement tests to support your recruitment and selection processes.
