MBTI with Teams
Helps teams to collaborate more effectively by exploring the impact of MBTI Type on how they function as a team, especially in problem-solving, communication and conflict situations. The team report is personalised, which means that everybody gets tailored action points for improved teamwork.
i3 TEAM PROFILE
Builds on the inidividual i3 profiles and can create multiple team profiles across all levels and functions within an organisation. This can provide team by team feedback and a wider insights into team / functional culture(s) and where it similar and/or different. An example team profile can be viewed here.
STRENGTHSCOPE Teams
Shows you the collective strengths and performance risks of any team. The report then assesses and describes the team’s current behaviour and where this can be enhanced, to help build a strong and sustainable team culture.
FIRO With Teams
To analyse and present a team’s FIRO assessment data, identifying potential conflicts within a team based on interpersonal needs. The different team roles people adopt depending on their interpersonal needs can be explored in more detail leading to inclusive team action plans
