Aptitude & Ability Tests

We offer offer a wide variety of aptitude and cognitive ability tests. All managed online, objectively and with a participant friendly process.  We are accredited and licensed to administer and feedback a range of tests through different test providers. 

The tests typically run from 15 to 45 minutes depending on which test is required, and are aimed at school leavers through graduates to senior management roles. Here are some of the more common tests we have provided recently:

Verbal Critical Reasoning

• Use with graduates and managers.

• Measures the ability to understand and accurately draw logical conclusions from written text and reports.

Numerical Critical Reasoning

• Use with graduates and managers.

• Measures the ability to understand and critically evaluate a wide range of numerical data when presented
  in different formats.

Abstract Critical Reasoning

• Use with graduates and managers..

• Measure the capacity to adapt and learn from different situations analysing a range of complex patterns and data.

Clerical Assessment

• Use with adults typically involved with administrative or data validation work.

• This test provides a detailed assessment of an individual’s range of skills when working with written information, numbers, spelling and data checking.

Technical Assessment

• Use with adults, apprentices or trainees typically working in more technical, process focused roles.

• Measures the skills required for engineering or technical roles. This 4-part test including mechanical reasoning, spatial reasoning, visual acuity and fault finding.
