We look to partner with organisations, consultancies, freelancers and individuals alike to support all of their people / business programmes and personal needs. From providing a one-off profile to supporting you through a recruitment campaign or development programme, we can help.
We are engaged typically to administer the profile process and deliver the participant feedback. Often, the profiles provide additional "for the manager" reports too, and where appropriate, we can provide an organisational level report as well.
